2. Critical Meteorological Disclaimer

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Weather predictions, Doppler radar images, and hazard bulletins provided by ldsmaps.org are derived from computational numerical models and remote sensor telemetry. Atmospheric conditions can change rapidly. DO NOT rely on this service as the sole guidance for aviation flight plans, maritime emergency navigation, or critical life-safety evacuation decisions. Always follow instructions from national meteorological authorities and emergency management agencies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The ldsmaps.org brand mark, SVG logos, customized cartographic styles, and user interface software code are the intellectual property of ldsmaps.org. Underlying raw meteorological data feeds remain the property of their respective public data providers (Open-Meteo, ECMWF, NOAA, RainViewer).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ldsmaps.org and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather-related decisions, data latency, or temporary service interruptions.
